A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Craig.

I’ve always been curious about how things work. Back in high school I was the kid taking apart old toasters and VCRs just to see if I could fix them. Later in my teens I started upgrading my first PC and building simple websites for my dad in the mid-90s.

From Curiosity to Career

That curiosity eventually turned into a career. I earned a certificate in Graphic Communications and went on to spend about 12 years working in different businesses doing web design. Later I earned my CompTIA A+ certification and spent four years working as a computer repair technician at Future Shop before starting Foster WebWorks in 2014.

Today I work with both businesses and individuals around Peterborough and the Kawartha Lakes. Sometimes that means building or maintaining a website. Other times it’s repairing a computer, troubleshooting a tech issue, or helping someone convert old family videos to digital.

Since 2014, Foster WebWorks has been helping clients across Peterborough and the Kawartha Lakes.

At the end of the day, I enjoy solving problems and helping people get their technology working the way it should.

A Bit More About Me

Outside of work, I’m a husband and a dad who enjoys the simple things — good coffee, vinyl records, a fluffy cat, and a great meal with great wine. I’m also a longtime hockey fan and enjoy spending time with family and friends.

Living and working in this area has allowed me to meet a lot of great people over the years, which is one of the things I enjoy most about running my own business.
